    Table Top Information



     First Photo is an example of what is permitted 

     Second Photo is an example of what is NOT permitted 

    • One 6 foot x 30 inches wide x 30 inches high draped exhibitor table in the Sponsor Solutions Hub area

    • Please note that booths are not permitted! Any booths that are set-up will be required to dismantle.

    • Table-tops are welcome but signage on the table is limited to a height and width of 6 feet. Behind the table is limited to a total of 9 feet in height and 6 feet in width and 12" in depth.

    • Pull-up floor signage may not be set up next to the table.

    • Pull-up floor signage needs to be behind the table.

    • Due to space restrictions and the fire marshal code, we cannot vary from our 6-foot table format.

    • Banners or signs cannot be hung from hotel walls or ceiling.

    **Any table-top and signage associated with your table cannot obstruct the view of neighboring tables or be outside of the 6-foot table space.**

    Shipping Information

    Please ship your boxes no more than 3 days in advance. To prevent the hotel from misplacing your packages, please have package(s) arrive no earlier than Thursday, June 11th. Shipments will be brought to the exhibitor area and left at your table. Please see 2020 Exhibitor Price Guide - InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta.pdf for hotel handling fees (per box). The hotel will collect payment when you arrive at your table.

    You must label your boxes accordingly to ensure your packages arrive and is delivered to your table.

    Booths are not permitted at this event. If booths are brought, you will be asked to take down, as you have all signed contracts confirming you will not bring a booth.


     Return Shipping Instructions 

    Have your boxes packaged with a complete outbound label affixed to the shipment and leave at your table. The banquet team will then bring the items to the loading dock. At the conclusion of the program, please package and label your outgoing shipments accordingly. All shipments will be brought to the loading dock to mail. If you have any special pickup instructions for the carriers, the hotel suggests you call to arrange directly. Otherwise, carriers will pick up packages during the hotel's standard times.
