    Registration Instructions

    All sponsors must register using the specific link provided in the Online Conference Manual email from the sponsor department. This link allows you to register your allotted number of attendees (per your sponsorship level) to the conference FOR FREE.


     How to register staff included with your sponsorship 

    In order to register correctly, you MUST use the specific link provided to you or you may be charged fees. 

    1. Use the link provided to you in your sponsor details email from your Client Relations Manager. If you cannot locate the link, please email sponsors@franchiseupdatemedia.com and the link will be resent to you. 
    2. Select the number of tickets under the ticket type that says FREE under both Price & Total.
    3. Hit the ORDER NOW button to proceed through registration on the next page. 


     Important to note 
    You must complete registration before the allotted time runs out. Do not exit out of the registration page before completing registration. If this occurs, your promo code will need 90 minutes to reset as a security measure. After 90 minutes, your promo code will become valid again for use. Please contact the sponsor department for registration difficulties.

    All sponsors need to register their attendees using the promo code provided in their Online Conference Manual email from the sponsor department. Your sponsor promo code allows you to register to the main conference FOR FREE your specific number of staff included in your sponsorship purchase.  

    Please scroll to the bottom of this page to reach the registration menu to insert your sponsor promo code.

    1. Why do I need to register? I thought I already paid?

    • We request our sponsors to register and use their promo code ASAP. We need to make badges for your staff and have them printed BEFORE the conference and available for pick-up at our registration desk. Registering also places you on the pre-attendee list.
    • Your promo code will only allow you to register for the main conference FOR FREE-your specific number of people included with your sponsorship package.
    • Silver sponsors receive 2 free staff registrations. For info on other sponsor levels, please click on your sponsor link in your Online Conference Manual email. Contact the sponsor department to receive this email.

    2. Once you've used the free registrations attached to your sponsorship, you can register the same number of additional staff for $595 each.  Please go back to the registration page and select this option for additional staff attendees:

    Sponsor Registrations are capped for this conference. You cannot register more than double the number of people included with your sponsorship. *Please note- we reserve the right to cancel registrations if they go over their allotted sponsorship amount.*

    How to register additional attendees at the $695 rate:

    1. Scroll to the bottom of the tickets and enter in your promo code 17sponad

    2. Hit the apply button. You will see the registration price is now $695

    3. Select the number of tickets under either Franchisor Sponsor/Exhibitor or Supplier Sponsor/Exhibitor.

    4. Hit the register button and proceed through registration.

    How to register staff included with your sponsorship:

    You MUST BE SURE that your promo code is ACCEPTED before moving on. If you move on, you may be charged.

    Registration Policies

    Your registration includes a free subscription to Franchise Update Magazine and the Franchise Marketing Leadership Report.

    1. We are happy to accommodate substitutions up to 48 hours prior to the event. We will not be accepting substitutions onsite, due to security reasons. Please email the sponsor department for assistance with substitutions.

    2. We do not offer day passes or partial passes for this conference.   

    3. All company representative registrants must be SALARIED employees of the sponsor/exhibiting company.

    4. You can register additional attendees at the special discounted rate of $595. 
      • Platinum - 4 additional attendees at $595 per person
      • Gold - 3 additional attendees at $595 per person
      • Silver - 2 additional attendees at $595 per person
      • Bronze - 1 additional attendee at $595 per person

    5. ONLY additional attendee registrations purchased by FRIDAY MAY 22nd may be refunded. Please email your cancellation request to: fmlcconference@fumgmail.com by 5/22/20. 

    6. Sponsorships are non-refundable.

    All registrants from a sponsoring/exhibiting company must have the same company name on their badge as the one they are representing. **Please be advised, we will contact you to update any registration company name discrepancies in order to comply with our policy.**
